It’s Christmas time and we feel like giving back and sharing with you the things we love most. That’s why we decided to offer you this workshop First Lars will guide you through a short and heartwarming yoga asana sequence. The sequence will be themed around a special aspect of the yogic tradition, there might be some storytelling and other surprises.
After the movement we will settle onto our backs and Aurelia will guide you through a taster of trauma sensitive breathwork. Connecting your mind body and spirit in a soft and loving way through connected breathing.
To round everything off we will then come together and close the session with a little kirtan. Don’t worry if you think you cannot sing. You can just listen, humming or drumming (and maybe you’ll feel like pitching in).
The workshop is open to all levels of experience. The workshop will be free. If you like to make a little donation, we will then give all the money to charity.About Aurelia:
Aurelia is a passionate Nervous System Nerd. She uses the breath in all kind of situations whilst being a human being – she guides and teaches people how to manage their energy and emotions. She works as a Trauma & Craniosacral Therapist, specialized on Developmental Trauma. The heart energy is the center in connection with life. Her love with Bhakti, singing and regulating the nervous system is Namasteeee!About Lars:
Lars has a huge passion for movement. For him movement is the easiest way of self-discovery and if you really know yourself you know everything. His classes embrace fluidity and leave a lot of room for individual freedom and creativity. Most influential to his teaching and practice is the tradition of classical Tantra and Tibetan Bhuddism. His classes are always accompanied by curated playlist and the occasional laugh.
