In July we offer an intensely freeing group Breathwork and Sound Healing session in Zürich (@Serratus), with live music by two very talented musicians and 4 trained and experienced breathwork therapist. Breathwork is a very effective way to release physical, psychological & emotional stress and tension that we carry with us. The connected breathing cleanses your nervous system and makes room for clarity, new insights and healing. It is beautiful and nourishing to do this work in a group of people who all come with the same intention to free themselves of the old and create space for the new. After an introduction we’ll move our bodies and connect with each other before we go on the magical journey together! The Breathwork journey will be guided with soundhealing from Tolga Atalay and live Didgeridoo sounds from Helmut.

Alex Keil has been practising Vipassana meditation for more than 10 years and has been practising yoga for more than six years and has finished a 400h Hatha Yoga teacher training in Germany. He did an additional breathwork teacher training with Anthony from Alchemy of Breath, to deepen his knowledge working with the breath and the body. He is managing a vegan yoga retreat place in Sri Lanka (Green Peace Inn), where he is teaching meditation, breathwork and yoga every week.
Tim Herman is a 400h Sivananda Yoga teacher, a Kundalini Yoga teacher and a Biodynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release therapist who is also trained by Wim Hof. He fell in love with the breath during his 400h Sivananda Yoga teacher training. Ever since he is fascinated by this powerful tool and what we can do with it. Tim is a Level 2 practitioner of the Biodynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release method which will have the main focus of the event. He is also trained in Kundalini Yoga which focuses strongly on energy and breathing. He has trained with Wim Hof himself and is a great fan of the method while combining meditation, cold exposure and breathing. In the past years he has found interest in Osho`s active meditations and teachings which will be included in the workshop. As an enthusiast of life, Tim is into bio hacking, personal development, dancing, breathing in any form, health, nutrition & mindfulness.
Melanie has been practicing yoga and meditation for many years and is dancing trough life with an open mind and heart and a never ending curiosity about what can be found and explored under the surface. She experienced many different ways to dive deep and connect with the inner beauty and shadows, the heart space, the energies and the magic that lies within. She loves to hold and create a warm and loving space for people to go on their own journey and feels honored to guide them through whatever is arising. Melanie is a 500h Kundalini Yoga teacher and a Level 1 Biodynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release practitioner. As someone who believes in love, community and growth, she is passionate about bringing people together for a deep, nourishing and connecting shared experience.
Aurelia is loving life in its everlasting beauty, she is feeling home in nature. The breath for her is a wonderful tool to connect between heaven and earth, body and soul. Her deepest desire is to heal from inside out - all that's not harmonious on earth. She’s a Craniosacral Therapist, Yogateacher and hosting Breathwork Sessions in Zurich & Lucerne, as well Retreats around Europe. On a mission to live on a harmonious planet.
